The only Loan Officer I will ever work with. Tina Gomez helped me buy my first house back in 1998. She got me a FHA loan. About year later she contacted me to let me know that my property value had gone up and interest rates had fallen so I could get out of my FHA and into a conventional loan. I refinanced and got out of paying MIP. She did my loan with no cost to me. She wanted me to have the best. Over the last 22 years she has helped me refinance so I could redo my home, payoff credit cards and helped me put my daughter through college. She is caring and has always helped guide me through some of the most challenging years. She was always truthful and would let me know that it was not a good time to refinance.
